Check oligo size and purity on a SCIEX PA800 Plus Pharmaceutical Analysis system or with a SCIEX Biophase 8800 Multi-capillary Electrophoresis system. Analyze with LC-MS by coupling a SCIEX Exion 2.0 HPLC system with a SCIEX ZenoTOF 7600 Mass Spectrometer to ensure synthesis reactions produce the correct nucleotide sequences down to the atomic level.
