mRNA Capture
Once mRNA processing and quality control steps are complete, proceed to capture mRNA oligonucleotides and begin purifications. mRNA must be hybridized to a substrate that efficiently separates residual protein and DNA from transcription reactions. mRNA titer is assessed with a SCIEX Biophase 8800 Multi-capillary Electrophoresis System. Capture, analyze, and track all titer and purity data using the Genedata Biopharma Platform.
