Isolation & Enrichment in CRISPR-Mediated Gene Therapy
Isolating and enumerating the cell type of interest is a critical step for CRISPR-mediated Gene Therapy. Isolation can be performed with a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences CytoFLEX SRT Benchtop Cell Sorter by sorting individual cells into wells. A Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Avanti JXN High-Performance Centrifuge is used to concentrate cells. Assess post-concentration viability using a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Vi-CELL BLU Cell Viability Analyzer. Track cell lines or batches, along with associated data, using the Genedata Biopharma Platform.
Track experiment and instrument data, including sorted cells selected for enrichment in IDBS Polar Biopharma Lifecycle Management software.
