SpectraPlex is a 3D high-multiplex imaging solution for the STELLARIS confocal platform, including a White Light Laser as excitation light source. It enables access to 3D high-multiplex spatial information across scales in one go (one round of labeling and imaging), with subcellular detail, and far beyond conventional multicolor imaging.
SpectraPlex enables the design of high-multiplex experiments in advance. explore and optimize panel options with the integrated Virtual Fridge and Design Panel functionalities. It generates automatically acquisition settings with minimal user interaction, offering intelligent guidance for experimental controls while keeping flexibility for the advanced user.
Seamless integration with LAS X Navigator enables fast overviews of samples and the identification of important details instantly.
SpectraPlex integrates powerful unmixing algorithms for high-multiplex unmixing of fluorophores on-the-fly and in one go. The unmixed data is generated automatically together with the corresponding raw images to facilitate all further analysis and interpretation. The user can evaluate the quality of imaging setup and unmixing performance before downstream analysis.
Convenient export of results to aivia.tif format enables easy transfer to aivia for AI-driven downstream image analysis.
