Mica WideFocal Live Cell Microhub Automated Microscope
Mica WideFocal Live Cell has been designed for widefield fluorescence, point scanning confocal and transmitted light microscopy of fixed and living samples. The extensive automation combined with an intuitive user interface allow for an easy handling of the high-performant system. The microhub is equipped with 4 LEDs and 4 Lasers, as well as the FluoSync detector units for widefield and confocal microscopy - thus allowing the handling of samples with up to 4 labels with a wide excitation and detection spectrum.
The entire encapsulated inner sample space can be climate controlled (temperature, CO2 and humidity regulation) and offers ideal conditions for live cell observation. The FluoSync powered simultaneous detection allows to acquire multiple labels without spatiotemporal mismatch.
Equipment for Hypoxia experiments is available optionally.
